  5. (Topping/Deko Bunga) Hiris mangga nipis2. Buat bentuk bunga dgn mangga spt di dlm gambar. Masak puri mangga & air di atas api. Sejukkan seketika & tuang ke atas & celah2 kelopak bunga hingga rata. Sejukkan di dlm peti ais semalaman baru boleh keluarkan drp loyang. Sedap di hidang sejuk2.
