- You need of 💛 1/2 biji mangga susu-di potong kiub.
- Prepare of 💛 4 sudu bsr gelatin.
- It's of 💛 1/2 cawan air panas.
- Prepare of Puri.
- It's of 💛 1 biji mangga susu-di potong.
- It's of 💛 1/2 cawan gula.
- You need of 💛 sedikit air masak.
- Prepare of 💛 sedikit pewarna kuning.
- You need of 💛 3 sudu besar gelatin.
- It's of 💛 1/2 cawan air panas.
- It's of Topping (Deko Bunga).
- It's of 💛 3 biji mangga susu.
- Prepare of 💛 1/2 cawan puri mangga yg telah di asingkan tadi.
- It's of 💛 1/2 cawan air.
While cheesecake is cooling prepare topping by combining sour cream and sugar in a food processor until combined. - (Crust/Base Biskut) Satukan semua bahan2 & gaul sebati. Tuang ke dlm loyang tapak boleh di buka @ loyang springfoam saiz 9. Ratakan & tekan hingga padat. Sejukkan dlm peti ais 1 jam.
- (Cream Cheese) Pukul cream cheese & gula hingga kembang..
- Dlm bekas lain, pukul whipping cream hingga kental & masukkan ke dlm adunan cheese. Pukul lagi hingga kembang. Masukkan mangga blend & gelatin yg telah di larutkan di dlm air panas. Pukul lagi. Akhir sekali, masukkan mangga kiub. Kacau dgn spatula. Tuang ke atas crust/base biskut yg telah keras. Ratakan. Simpan di dlm peti ais 3-4 jam.
- (Puri) Blend mangga, gula & air. Campur sedikit pewarna kuning. Masukkan gelatin yg telah di larutkan di dlm air panas. Kacau rata. Asingkan 1/2 cawan utk tuang ke atas topping bunga nanti. Tuang selebihnya ke atas cream cheese. Simpan semula di dlm peti selama 2 jam.
- (Topping/Deko Bunga) Hiris mangga nipis2. Buat bentuk bunga dgn mangga spt di dlm gambar. Masak puri mangga & air di atas api. Sejukkan seketika & tuang ke atas & celah2 kelopak bunga hingga rata. Sejukkan di dlm peti ais semalaman baru boleh keluarkan drp loyang. Sedap di hidang sejuk2.
