  1. Bahan Basah: Lenyekkan pisang (lenyek kejap ja) and masukkan 2 biji telur, esen vanilla, minyak masak, susu, gula kastor, butter (melt) dan gula perang dan mix sampai bahan2 basah tadi sebati.
  2. Bahan Kering: Dalam bowl yg baru, ayakkan tepung gandum. Masukkan tepung serbuk walnut (optional), baking soda, garam, serbuk cinnamon, cream of tartar dan mix. Kalau tak ada tepung serbuk walnut boleh tambah kagi 1/2 cup tepung gandum.
  3. Masukkkan bahan kering dalm bahan masak sikit demi sikit. Hanya mix sampai semua bahan sebati sekali..
  4. Masukkan choco chip dan walnut (masukkan 1/4 walnut) and mix adunan perlahan.
  5. Ambil loyang yang dah grease dengan butter dan tabur dengan tepung, masukkan batter yang siap tadi dalam loyang tersebut. (Make sure tak ada air bubbles kat atas permukaan batter tu). Tabur walnut yang dicincang dan dipanggang dekat atas batter. (Optional: sblm tabur walnut, letak cardburry choc and tekan masuk dalam sikit).
  6. Kukus selama 45 minit atau sampai masak. Dan dah siap untuk dihisang selepas kek disejukkan selama 1 jam.
