- Sediakan bekas masukkan krim putar sejuk dan tambahkan gulas kastor, kemudian kacau dengan pengadun sehingga mengembang dan berkrim. Ketepikan.
- Dihiris lebar sebahagian buah strawberi dan sebahagian lagi dibelah 2 untuk hiasan. Ketepikan.
- Pengadun: telur, telur kuning, sirap jagung dan gula pasir sehingga mengembang untuk lebih kurang 5 minit.
- Ayak tepung tepund dan masukkan ke dalam campuran telur dan gula. Gaulkan sebentar hingga sebati.
- Tambah minyak jagung, susu, dan esen vanila, gaul dengan spatula hingga sebati, dan tuang ke dalam loyang yang telah disapu mentega dan dialas dengan kertas minyak.
