Cara -panaskan oven 170'..lenserkan loyang bulat berukuran 8' ngan sedikit minyak.. alaskan loyang ngan kertas kek..walnut digoreng tanpa minyak hingga wangi. angkat & ketepikan..kelapa kering juga digoreng tanpa minyak hingga wangi..tapi jangan sampai hangus pulak..bagi die perang skit je cukup.. angkat & ketepikan....
  2. Dalam satu bekas, masukkan telur, minyak & gula kacau ngan whisk hingga sebati..& gula hancur lebih kurang 3-4 minit... masukkan bahan2 yang telah diayak tadi & gaul ngan perlahan ngan menggunakan spatula hingga sebati....
