Durian's sweet, and fatty, and funky nature is said to be reminiscent of a fancy soft cheese or heavy cream. I've never had either, so I can't say. I've actually never tasted cheesecake either, but when I read about durian cheesecake I thought it was the most logical concoction ever. The most wanted DURIAN cheesecake in town.

- Balut dasar loyang menggunakan Aluminium foil.Cara ini untuk mengelakkan air masuk ke dalam loyang ketika dibakar.Kemudian simpan didalam peti sejuk beku sementara kita mengadun cream cheese.(lebih kurang 15-20minit).
- Dengan menggunakan stand mixer,putarkan cream cheese bersama gula kastor hingga sebati dan lembut.Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji sambil teruskan memutar.Kemudian masukkan pula double thick cream dan yogurt.Putar lagi.Masukkan isi durian,putar seketika.Cukup sekadar durian sebati bersama adunan..
- Keluarkan loyang yang disimpan di dalam peti sejuk tadi.Pastikan biskut sudah mengeras dan membeku.Tuang adunan cream cheese ke dalam loyang.Bakar secara Bain-Marie(water bath) selama 1jam dengan suhu 170’c.(suhu dan masa juga bergantung dengan oven masing-masing).

It's a baked cheesecake with crunchy Ritz crust. It is a heavy type of cheesecake. It is rich, smooth and i like the addition of coconut milk in it. Coconut milk pair so well with durian. The taste is something like that but with rich thick and smooth texture from cream cheese and durian puree.
