- Satukan bahan2 ayak, telur, gula, ovallete & jus pandan. Pukul dgn high speed selama 5 minit hingga kembang & gebu.
- Masukkan mentega cair & kacau sebati. Bahagikan 3 bahagian. Satu bahagian dicampur dgn serbuk koko, satu bahagian dicampur dgn pewarna hijau & satu lagi dibiarkan putih/plain.
- Alas loyang 7 inci dgn baking paper. Tompok2kan dgn sudu stp bahagian secara berselang seli sehingga habis. Hias dgn almond.
- Bakar pd suhu 170âĒc selama 45 minit. Bila dicucuk dgn lidi ia keluar bersih.
