  4. Masukkan nanas, lobak merah, kelapa parut& kacang walnut tadi.gaul rata ngan menggunakan spatula hingga mesra semuanya... tuangkan kedalam loyang & bakar selama 55minit-1 jam @ hingga masak...
  5. Sejukkan kek atas redai sebelum disapukan ngan cream cheese & hias ikut suka....
  6. Untuk cream cheese -putar cream cheese ngan mentega hingga sebati.. masukkan gula aising & esen vanila.. terus memukul hingga sebu & halus... gunakan kelajuan sederhana..bole la hias kek ikut citarasa sendiri ye....
