Cheese Cake Durian. Durian (aka King of Fruits) is one of my favorite fruits and can be bought at most Asian supermarkets. - Balut dasar loyang menggunakan Aluminium foil.Cara ini untuk mengelakkan air masuk ke dalam loyang ketika dibakar.Kemudian simpan didalam peti sejuk beku sementara kita mengadun cream cheese.(lebih kurang 15-20minit).
- Dengan menggunakan stand mixer,putarkan cream cheese bersama gula kastor hingga sebati dan lembut.Masukkan telur sebiji demi sebiji sambil teruskan memutar.Kemudian masukkan pula double thick cream dan yogurt.Putar lagi.Masukkan isi durian,putar seketika.Cukup sekadar durian sebati bersama adunan..
- Keluarkan loyang yang disimpan di dalam peti sejuk tadi.Pastikan biskut sudah mengeras dan membeku.Tuang adunan cream cheese ke dalam loyang.Bakar secara Bain-Marie(water bath) selama 1jam dengan suhu 170’c.(suhu dan masa juga bergantung dengan oven masing-masing).
