  11. It's 1/2 of sudu kecil jus limau nipis ~ saya guna cuka masakan.
  12. You need of C Bahan.
  13. Prepare of Pewarna pilihan.

  1. PANASKAN OVEN 170℃... SEDIAKAN LOYANG PERSEGI 26CM / SAYA GUNA LOYANG 10X10 INCI YANG DIALAS DENGAN BAKING PAPER. Panaskan minyak jagung sebentar sahaja...tutup api dan masukkan tepung gandum dan kacau hingga sebati....masukkan susu cair dan kacau rata kemudian masukkan 1 biji telur + 4 kuning telur kacau lagi hingga sebati dan biarkan sebentar..
  2. Buat meringue putih telur pula...Masukkan putih telur kedalam bekas mixer...Pukul hingga berbuih masukkan 1/3 gula kastor dan putar lagi...masukkan gula hingga habis dan putar sehingga soft firm peak..
  3. Ambil 1/3 adunan meringue dan masukkan ke dalam adunan kuning telur tadi...whisk hingga sebati lalu masukkan ke dalam adunan meringue...guna whisk dan kaup balik hingga sebati...langkah terakhir bertukar kepada spatula dan kaup bawah adunan supaya semua adunan benar2 sebati..
  4. Saya bahagikan adunan kepada 4 bahagian dan warnakan..
  5. Masukkan 3 warna berlainan kedalam loyang dan tindan dengan adunan yang diwarnakan merah ( saya masukkan adunan berwarna ke dalam piping bag supaya lebih mudah..
  6. Gunakan hujung spatula iaitu bahagian pemegang dan lukis garisan menegak dari hujung ke hujung hingga habis tanpa mengangkat nya dan sambung lukis melintang pula dari hujung ke hujung...pastikan spatula jejak di dasar loyang sewaktu melukis.. (selain spatula boleh juga gunakan bahagian pemegang sudu/sudip atau apa2 yg dirasakan sesuai).
  7. Bakar suhu 180℃ selama 10 minit dan turunkan suhu 150℃ selama 20 minit... (Oven saya bakar suhu 170℃ selama 30 minit dan pusingkan loyang bahagian depan ke belakang dan bakar lagi selama 5 minit...suhu dan masa bergantung kesesuaian oven masing2.).
  8. Setelah kek masak letakkan sekeping baking paper bersih diatas permukaan kek dan terbalik kan lalu buangkan baking paper yang melekat pada kek...Perlahan2 gulungkan kek bersama baking paper yang bersih sewaktu ia masih panas dan biarkan hingga sejuk diatas cooling rack..
  9. Setelah sejuk perlahan2 bukakan semula gulungan kek...Buat dengan berhati2 supaya ia tidak pecah...Sapukan dengan filling simple buttercream dan gulungkan semula kek dgn baking paper dan sejukkan beberapa jam sebelum dipotong..
