  12. Prepare 1/4 of sudu kecil cream of tartar ~ saya guna cuka masakan.
  13. Prepare 100 gm of gula kastor.
  14. It's of C Bahan.
  15. Prepare of Beberapa titis pewarna pink + 1 sudu kecil perisa strawberry.
  16. It's 1/2 of sudu besar serbuk koko.

Neapolitan Sponge Cake instructions

  1. Sediakan loyang 7x7"persegi atau loyang bulat 8" dan alaskan dengan baking paper... Bakar guna kaedah waterbath... Panaskan oven pada suhu 170℃ selama 10minit (masukkan sekali dulang/loyang berisi air).
  2. Ayakkan tepung gandum,tepung jagung,baking soda dan garam halus bersama.Ketepikan..
  3. Kuning telur,esen vanilla,minyak jagung,dan susu dicampurkan dan kacau hingga sebati.Masukkan tepung yang telah diayak tadi dan kacau hingga adunan sebati.Ketepikan sebentar sementara kita buat meringue putih telur..
  4. Gunakan mixer pukul 6 putih telur dan cuka masakan /jus lemon hingga berbuih.. Kemudian masukkan sedikit demi sedikit gula castor pukul lagi hingga adunan kembang gebu (soft firm peak).
  5. Ambil 1/3 adunan meringue putih telur dan masukkan ke dalan adunan kuning telur tadi dan kaup balikkan dgn whisk hingga sebati.Kemudian masukkan adunan ini ke dalam meringue putih telur dan kaup balik hingga adunan betul2 sebati..
  6. Bahagikan adunan kepada 3 bahagian.Campurkan pewarna pink dan Strawberry paste pada bahagian pertama.Ayak serbuk koko / coklat emulco pada bahagian kedua.Biarkan adunan ketiga dengan plain sahaja..
  7. Letakkan setiap adunan secara rawak di dalam loyang 7"persegi ataupun 8" bulat.Buat sehingga habis adunan..
  8. Hentakkan loyang sedikit untuk mengeluarkan buih udara di dalam adunan kek.Bakar kaedah waterbath suhu 155℃ 70~80 minit atau sehingga kek masak sempurna.~ Oven #mawarwilsa 160℃ 80 minit,kemudian saya keluarkan loyang waterbath dan bakar lagi kek selama 10 minit suhu 100℃ bertujuan untuk mengeringkan bahagian bawah dan tepi kek..
  9. 8. Setelah kek masak keluarkan dari oven dan sejukkan diredai besi,tunggu sehingga keliling kek lekang dari loyang segera keluarkan kek dan sejukkan baru boleh dipotong.
  10. NOTA 🍒 SUHU DAN MASA PEMBAKARAN ADALAH BERBEZA,JADI ADJUST MENGIKUT KESESUAIAN OVEN MASING2..
