I had always wanted to make a Swiss Roll but have been procrastinating for a long time as I doubt whether I can master the art of rolling the cake. So here's my first attempt at a roll cake.   2. 💟Bahan A - panaskan minyak seketika xperlu terlalu panas.. Kemudian turup api... lalu masukkan tepung gaul rata pakai whisk lalu tuang susu cair gaul sebati.. Ketepikan seketika...
  3. 💟Masukkan telur pukul sebati pakai whisk saja, lalu masukkan kuning telur satu persatu gaul hingga rata, ketepikan...
  4. 💟Bahan B - pukul putih telur + jus lemom smpai berbuih lalu masukkan gula secara sedikit demi sedikit pukul smpai soft peak,.
  5. 💟campurkan adunan putih telur kedalam adunan kuning telur sedikit demi sedikit.. gaul cara kaup balik dgn spatula lakukan smpai sebati....
  6. 💟Ambil 1/3 adunan td.. masukkan campuran coklat gaul rata pakai spatula,.
  7. 💟Tuang adunan putih ke loyang ratakan,lalu tuang adunan coklat perlahant smpai menutupi adunan putih ratakan..
  8. 💟Gunakan ujung sudu untuk membuat motif, tarik garis vertikal (atas bawah) dimulai dr ujung kiri atas turun ke bawah, geser sedikit ke kanan, tarik ke atas lagi begitu seterusnya..
  9. 💟Tarik garis horizontal (lurus menyamping/ kanan kiri) dr ujung kanan bawah, tarik ke ujung kiri bawah, geser atas dikit, tarik ke kanan, begitu seterusnya smp selesai.
  10. 💟bakar pada suhu 180°C selama 10 menit lalu turunkan ke suhu 150°C bakar lagi selama 20 menit/smpai masak...
  11. 💟Beri filling lalu gulung dan padatkan,simpan di peti ais biarkan smpai set baru di potong2... Hpy baking.
