  2. Ayak tepung kek di dalam mangkuk..
  3. Cairkan butter bersama susu. Sentiasa kacau untuk elak butter menjadi perang..
  4. Seteleah butter cair..biarkan suam seketika kemudian baru di tuang ke dalam tepung yang telah di ayak. Kacau sebati..
  5. Setelah itu masukkan telur sebiji biji dan kacau sebati. Adunan agal cair sedikit..
  6. Di dalam mangkuk lain pukul putih telur dengan kelajuan sederhana dahulu. Apabila putih kelihatan berbuih sedikit masukkan gula,sikit demi sedikit dan pukul lagi. Pukul dengan kelajuan maxima. Masukkan baki gula dn puku hingga bertanduk jgn pukul terlalu lama..
  7. Setelah itu, campur kan sedikit adunan putih telur ke dalam adunan tepung.kacau perlahan lahan..
  8. Setelah sebati masukkan kesemua adunan y su dah di campur tadi ke dalam baki putih telur. Kacau perlahan sehingga sebati..
  9. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang yang telah di lapik kertas pembakar. Luar loyang perlu di balut dengan aluminium foil (seprti dalam gmbar)..
